fanciers. From this page you can find
Dog Show Superintendents licensed by the AKC
provide services for a fee to AKC dog clubs for the services they supply. These
services to clubs often include the AKC paperwork related to dog shows,
consumable supplies for shows such as catalogs and ribbons, delivery and set up
of ring gating and tables needed at a show, and other assistance in running a
show.
Superintendents are also hired to send out the
"premium list" that announce the show and they collect and process the entry
forms sent to them from exhibitors who would like to enter their dog in a show
that the superintendent has been hired to oversee.\
Exhibitors may wish to contact the
Superintendents and request to be placed on their mailing lists.

been hired by a club to oversee their show it will appear on the first page of
the show listing.
Although most all-breed conformation clubs hired a
superintendent due to the size of their events, many smaller club especially
specialty clubs, performance events and companion dog events (ob & agility) will
have a volunteer club member or a hired secretary perform some of the duties
that are often delegated to a hired superintendent.
